Pursuant to Decision No. 275/GP-BTTTT  issued by the Minister of Information and Communications and signed on August 4, 2023, granting a license for print press and electronic journal operations to The University of Phan Thiet Journal of Science.

The University of Phan Thiet Journal of Science published its inaugural issue in December 2023. The journal is published quarterly, with issues released in March, June, September, and December each year, regularly on the 20th day of the final month of each quarter.

The journal is established and operated in accordance with the standards of a scientific journal. Manuscripts are peer-reviewed by academically reputable experts within 20 days of receipt by the Journal's Editorial Office.

The journal aims to contribute to enhancing the research capacity of experts, administrators, and lecturers at the University of Phan Thiet, as well as to publishing and disseminating scientific research findings domestically and internationally. The journal's scope encompasses theoretical and practical issues in the fields of economics, social sciences, natural sciences, engineering and technology, and health sciences.

The University of Phan Thiet Journal of Science collaborates with domestic and international organizations and individuals in the following areas: peer review, article submission, academic exchange, technical support, and distribution.
