Abstract

This study aims to identify factors influencing enterprises’ decisions to accept students for internships, with empirical evidence from Da Lat College. Based on human resource management theories and prior studies, the proposed research model examines five determinants, including professional ethics, professional competence, communication skills, adaptability, and professional working attitude. Data were collected through a quantitative survey of enterprises that have hosted interns from Da Lat College. After data screening, valid responses were analyzed using SPSS. Reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), and multiple linear regression were employed to test the measurement scales and research hypotheses. The findings indicate that all five factors have positive and statistically significant effects on enterprises’ internship acceptance decisions. The study provides practical implications for improving training quality and strengthening collaboration between Da Lat College and enterprises.
