The Relationship of Transformational Leadership With Employee Creativity and Organizational Innovation: A Case Study of Construction Industry Enterprises in Ho Chi Minh City

Abstract
This empirical study aims to explore the impact of transformational leadership style on employee creativity and organizational innovation at construction industry enterprises in Ho Chi Minh City. Qualitative and quantitative research methods are applied in this study. Data were collected through 375 survey questionnaires distributed directly to employees and managers of 25 construction industry enterprises. The results of data analysis from 327 valid survey questionnaires show that transformational leadership has a positive influence on employee creativity and innovation in the organization. Based on these findings, the author proposes some management implications to help leaders improve employee creativity, contribute to organizational innovation, and promote the sustainable development of enterprises.
