Abstract

The article outlines the procedures for creating legal documents for local state power agencies, emphasizing the importance of thoroughness and consistency in their implementation. To clarify the steps’ content, it is necessary to exploit the constituent elements to make objective comments. After analyzing this process, the article identifies the obstacles that need to be overcome to move forward. From there, the author suggests several ideas to enhance the quality of legal documents for local state power agencies in the future.
