The author explores specific content and steps to get objective comments. By analyzing this sequence and procedure, the article identifies the shortcomings in its implementation. Through analysis, the writer recommends solutions to ensure the effectiveness of handling administrative decisions sued by the Provincial People’s Court at the first trial, with the aim of protecting the legitimate rights and interests of the participating parties.
